Things you can do in 2021 to achieve a more Motivated and Positive Life.

We all have different routines we prefer to use whether it be your skincare routine, your workout routine, your health routine, etc. Have you ever taken time to find a routine that helps you live a more positive and motivated lifestyle? After following different influencers, reading different blogs and doing some research, I was able to find some new tips on what I should be doing to live a more positive and motivated lifestyle and thought I should share some of these with you. 

Journaling was the first thing I gave a try. I found a gratitude journal at Anthropology and got started. By doing this you can start your morning in a positive way and end your day reflecting on the things you have accomplished, while also unplugging from technology. 

Another thing I gave a try was listening to some different meditation videos on Youtube. I had always heard of people doing this but never really thought it would be something that worked for me, but I thought it couldn't hurt to try it. It ended up being a great way to take a break from any big tasks I was doing. It also really helped me get motivated for the day.

The last tip is one that we all know but have a hard time doing and that is setting boundaries with technology. We spend all day on our devices so it is important to set certain times aside, whether it be in the morning or evening to unplug. Social media can be bad for our mental health, sleep cycles and so much more. So if you want to try and live a more positive lifestyle this can be a great way to get started. 

If you can find a way to at least incorporate one positive thing into your daily life, whether it be one of these or one of your own tips, you are already on a great path to achieving a more positive and motivated lifestyle in 2021!
